Katrina Cloninger Moyer was born and raised in Polk County, Florida, and graduated from the University of South Florida with a Masters in Educational Leadership. With her varied background in education, mortgages, and insurance, Katrina has a growth mindset that allows her to say, “Why, yes, we can help you!” Her passion for helping others is not limited to her clients; she is frequently found, in and around her communities, supporting local charities through physical labor and sponsorships/donations. Katrina lives with her husband, Jeff, their kids, dogs, and chickens in Florida. ​

Damaris Vasquez, Texas‑born, Florida‑raised, and proudly the first in her family to earn a college degree, she holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Palm Beach State College. Inspired by her entrepreneurial parents, she discovered her passion at the intersection of finance and real estate and has been helping clients achieve their homeownership goals ever since.

James Kaliszewski, a native of Erie, Pennsylvania, began his journey with a strong foundation in technical education, leading to a successful 20-year career in mechanical design and engineering. After living in multiple states, James decided to settle in Palm Bay, Florida, where he purchased his first home. During the homebuying process, he encountered challenges with mortgage communication, often finding it difficult to get his questions answered. This experience ignited his passion for assisting others with their mortgage needs. By joining Mortgages & More, James found a company that shares his commitment to exceptional customer service and making the lending process as seamless as possible.

Outside of work, James is an enthusiastic sports fan, with a particular love for college football and basketball. He also enjoys golfing and attending live music events, combining his passions for sports, recreation, and entertainment.
